Patients can now reserve a spot online at UnityPoint Health – Marshalltown Urgent Care. This new capability allows patients to wait on their terms, wherever that may be, and arrive at the clinic closer to the time that they can be treated. That means less time in the waiting room and less total time at the clinic.
The check in online, visit unitypoint.org/marshalltown and click the purple “Reserve Your Spot” button. After selecting a time they wish to be seen and submitting the secure online form, individuals will receive a text message about their upcoming visit and be alerted of any delays. Walk-ins are still welcome.
Urgent care is open 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day, including holidays, inside the Marshalltown Medical Park at 55 Central Iowa Dr. in Marshalltown. Urgent care can treat non-life-threatening conditions when an individual’s primary care provider is unavailable. This includes minor illnesses such as cold, flu, sore throat, migraines, fever, rashes, sprains and minor cuts.
