Surgical Services (Operating Room) at UnityPoint Health - Marshalltown is located at both the Medical Park (at the intersection of Hwys 30 and 14) and at the downtown location.
The downtown location has nine rooms and one Cesarean Section room in Obstetrics and is dedicated to procedures requiring an overnight stay in the hospital. The Medical Park offers same-day surgeries for patients, with four operating rooms for procedures such as podiatry, eye surgeries and colonoscopies.
