Strong Leaders, Strong Teams, Strong Community

Individuals reach their highest potential by maximizing strengths rather than improving weaknesses. High-performing teams balance those individual strengths and pick up where their counterparts leave off.

At UnityPoint Health, we believe that strong leadership is essential. Get a glimpse of the journey we are on and the effort we commit to ultimately improving the lives of the people and communities we serve. Every person encounters challenges, and the way we lead through change can be positively impacted by dynamic partnerships in our community.

Make a commitment to your teams with the CliftonStrengths™ Assessment  to compile your individual strengths. Certified strengths coaches Samantha Deines and Kendra Richman from UnityPoint Health Organizational Development will make your strengths come to life with an afternoon that will be honest, inspiring, humbling and productive for years to come.

Our thing is health care. You know your business and people best. Let’s work together and lead our community to be the strongest it can be.

FAQ

Who can I expect to hear from?

Annie Horrigan is leading the organization of this event, so you can expect email follow-up from Ann.Horrigan2@unitypoint.org.

What if the registration form doesn't accommodate my unique circumstances?

We'd be happy to help you. Just reach out to Annie Horrigan at Ann.Horrigan2@unitypoint.org or AllenHospital@unitypoint.org with a good way to get in touch.

What does the activation code do?

Completing your strengths assessment with the unique activation code that we provide will allow you to complete the assessment at no additional cost. The same code should be used for each individual you registered to attend. It also helps us keep your individual strengths connected to you and your team to compile customized reports that you will receive on Oct. 17.

What if I've already completed a strengths assessment?

We recommend taking it again as this will allow us to compile your strengths alongside other members of your team, and we will also supply a customized strengths report for you.

If you REALLY like the strengths that you currently have, please send your top five to Ann.Horrigan2@unitypoint.org. The activation code is yours and can be used as you wish, but we ask that it not be used until after Oct. 17 to avoid confusion on who will be in attendance.
